In wellness, health-related wearables, devices and apps can also help individuals quit smoking, utilize the highest value, lowest cost healthcare services, and better manage chronic conditions. But disease management, smoking cessation and telemedicine have the lowest adoption of all digital health tools. HealthMine analyzed the results of a survey with 500 insured consumers who use digital health tools in its new 2016 Digital Health Report.
