Our story
Healthmine is the only health engagement company originally built inside a value-based insurance design (VBID) health plan. Since 2008, health plans in all markets have used our technology to streamline member engagement.
In one comprehensive platform, we bring together engagement and surveying tools, unified member data and analysis, and regulatory expertise. We take care of the details so you can focus on improving outcomes for your members.
Where technology meets expertise
We’re passionate about helping people lead healthier lives. Our industry-leading member engagement platform is designed by experts with decades of experience in health plan management and specifically built to serve payers. We consolidate engagement strategies, data analysis and surveying together into one platform – Quality Relationship Management™ (QRM®).
With the help of AI, predictive models, behavioral scientists and regulatory experts, payers can create customized, omnichannel campaigns that close quality, health equity, and risk gaps and collect more data from your members so you can personalize their journey and improve member satisfaction and retention.
One integrated platform means all member data lives in one place, improving your ability to use that data. We also help you reduce costs and improve your plan’s performance across metrics like Star Ratings, medical loss ratio (MLR) and CAHPS.
Better member experiences and outcomes, better data and better return on your investment, all thanks to one comprehensive platform.
